Refund policy

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

All products on the site are designated as final sale. At this time we do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products purchased without Route Package Protection, except in the event of damage (see below). Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is only eligible for replacement or refund through Route Package Protection.  

If you elect to use Route Package Protection and encounter an issue, you will need to initiate a claim with Route directly. You may need to provide information about the order, the issue, and photos if applicable.  More information can also be found directly on Route’s website at this link

DAMAGED ITEMS

Within 30 days of delivery confirmation we will offer a cost-free replacement for any item damaged due to our error for items shipped within the United States. All replacements will be for the same item originally ordered.

To complete the replacement request, send the order number from your order confirmation and a photo of the damage to orders@valorosa.com.

We know it may seem hard to shop for a scent online, but we include detailed descriptions of each of our scents in the product description to aid your selection.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
We know that sometimes there will be accidents that happen between receiving your order and shipping it out to you.

If you are ever missing an item or received the wrong one please send us a picture and your order number to orders@valorosa.com. We will send out the correct items to you at no additional cost and only ask that you share the extra Valorosa items with your friends. (Or keep them for yourself if they make you happy!)

WHAT IF I RECEIVED IT AS A GIFT?
Gift orders are not exchangeable unless they are a damaged item. We do still need an order number and a photo of the damage to process the replacement. We make our order numbers easy to find and they will always be listed on the order confirmation.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED OR BOUGHT A GIFT CARD?

Gift Cards cannot be returned, redeemed for cash, or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). Lost or stolen Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining balance only by presentation of the original purchase receipt.
