Do you have an order minimum for corporate gifting & bulk orders orders?
If your order contains 25 or more units, it can be processed for you by our sales team. For orders that do not meet the 25 minimum gift requirement, we recommend placing your order directly online.
What is your lead time?
The timeline may vary based on the quantity ordered. Standard orders ship within 2-5 business after a payment is received unless otherwise specified. Need it sooner than later? Contact us at orders@valorosa.com if you need a rush order.
Can I customize my candles?
Yes, we offer custom labels. However, we do not offer custom candle scents. Please fill out this form to inquire about custom label options.
Where can you ship and how much does it cost?
Mini Candle Tins will ship free! Any orders including candle tins and candle jars will have discounted shipping based on the quantity ordered.
If you're looking to drop ship, we can deliver candles to multiple addresses within the U.S. We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping on U.S. orders. We do not offer international shipping.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts beginning at 15% off for 25-499 candles and 20% off for 500-999 candles tins and candle jars. Any orders over 1,000 candles are taken on a limited basis. Please note that we do not discount our mini candle tins, we only offer free shipping.
Can I purchase gift cards in bulk?
If you order contains 25 or more gift cards, it can be processed by our sales team. Please email orders@valorosa.com.
